My son (10) went in today to have his haircut. The lady cutting his hair (Kris) was in such a hurry because several other clients came in specifically to see her. She was pulling out my sons hair with the scissors because she was very rushed, and now his hair looks very “choppy” in the back. His words when he got home and saw the back of his hair, it looks like a girls haircut.

Don’t trust their on line check in! I went on line to check in, it stated a 15 minute wait, so I checked in. Then it changed to a 35 minute wait. Then about 20 minutes later a text that they would be ready in 15, so I arrived 12 minutes later and was informed that it would be another 20 minute wait. How can they be off by 45 minutes in the estimate? That is unacceptable!
