I walked in with a picture of myself to show the lady how i like my hair, i asked if she could do it.. she said yes! I walked OUT WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT HAIRCUT!! Plus she cut me twice with the clippers breaking the skin! I still paid even though i told her i was not happy, still tipped her even though she cut me but i seriously want to shave my head! Not much i can do now except walk around with my hair sticking up.

Have had several positive experiences at this location and went in last night and a 30 minute wait and I couldn’t stay so the next day I checked in online. Was a 30 minute wait and then I showed up about 5 minutes before the appointment was scheduled. It Still showed a 24 minute wait and the person was not even at work and no one knew when she’d be in. Waste of my time. Off to another barber. This is a flawed process.

Shabi was amazing. Overall the best experience I have ever had getting a haircut. She needs to be promoted.
