I've visited this location in the past several times, and have taken my son as well. I've never had an issue previously, but was extremely disappointed in the service today. I checked in and both stylists were with customers, so I was told I would be given first available with Cortney who was supposed to be starting at 3:00. This was at 2:50. Around 3:00, Cortney still hadn't shown up, and 2 other customers who came in after me, had been taken by the other 2 stylists. At 3:10, I asked where Cortney was, and was told she called to say she would be late. I asked how late, and the lady said she would call Cortney to ask. She called and said another 10 minutes. At 3:21, Cortney finally showed up, made no attempt to apologize, even after being told I was waiting for her. She walked in very casually and immediately appeared to clock in, and then headed for the back. I could see her in the back making no attempt to hurry, despite being over 20 minutes late to work, and with the knowledge a customer was waiting. After waiting another 5 minutes, I asked another stylist if it was now going to take Cortney another 10 minutes to be ready to start. She, and the stylist next to her, both appeared to not want to say anything to Cortney, and made no attempt to apologize or resolve the situation. As a result, I will no longer be visiting this location.

First time going to this place and was not happy at all. Staff was rude and had no concept of customer service. Checked in with the stylist and she stated it would be 15 minutes. Even there check in screen said 15 min. Well not true!! After 5 other people were seated before I was and after 2 of the stylist took a 15 minute bathroom break (at the same time), it was 50 minutes before I sat down. I would give this place a 0. Will never go back. Customer service was horrible and they seemed to not care they were being rude. In addition there prices for a basic haircut are astonishingly high.
